Forging

The Forging Process at HSPL includes Closed Die, Upset Forging. With all the necessary equipment & complete In-House Facility, HSPL has the Forging Capacity of producing 1000 MT Per month, with the Components ranging from 3.5 Kg to 32 kg.

For Spline Rolling, HSPL has GROB machines

For Spline cutting, HSPL has Horizontal & Vertical Hobbing machines of capacity up to 1200 mm length between centers.

HSPL has Induction Hardening Machines for Case Depth Hardening & Temper Furnace for Stress relieving.

HSPL performs Drilling operations on Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)
