the year 1973 and today with 32 years of experience
is one of the India's largest automotive component
manufacturing and exporting entity. It is spread
over an area of 18150 sq. meters in Ludhiana, state
of Punjab, India, which lies 290 Kms. north of New
Delhi, and is well connected by rail, road & air
from New Delhi. It has 250 employees and is equipped
with 100% captive power.

with latest statistical techniques, ensure

The company produces Million
Quality Components per year, which are engineered to
the demanding specifications of its customers in C.S.,
Alloy Steel, Chromium Steel, Rear Axle Shafts, Steel
Forgings, Drive Shafts, Tail Pinions, Yokes (Front
Axle Shafts), Knuckles and customized forgings for
LCV / MCV / HCV / SUV / MUV / Passenger Cars / Vans
/ Jeeps.
FORGING PLANT
It is well equipped with Horizontal Up-setters,
to produce close tolerance forgings upto 300 mm in
dia X 1200 mrn length and can handle stock upto 150
mm diameter. Bar End Heater is used for heating
steel stock.
Steel is procured form prime re-rollers in the
country and is subject to in-plant physical check
viz.- Jominy Hardenability, Step down analysis,
Micro check, inclusion rating, Grain size and
Chemical naalysis. Stage of art modern laboratory is
equipped with metallurgical microscope with MIAS
software to check the following.

provides superior tools for visualization,
enhancement, measurement, processing and analysis of
image data. Metallurgist has the flexibility to
automatically capture images from scientific grade
Digital and video CCD cameras. Trace ability of
forging to finished product is through unique system
of heat codes , supplier code and transparency in
records. Grain flow is checked and all forgings are
100% ultrasonically tested.

"CONTROL PLAN" together with patrol
inspection, bar charts and other statistical
techniques employed" further ensure compliance

Sophisticated
CNC Machines For High Quality Precision |

INSTRUCTION
Medium frequency, Induction Hardening machines are
used to achieve surface hardness and effective case
depth. These are PLC controlled to control the
process input parameters viz. frequency, energy,
heating time, quench medium flow rate and
temperature. 100% magnetic particle analysis is
carried out to weed out surface defects followed by
tempering to remove stresses.
INSPECTION AND TESTING
ll the components undergo strict quality regime to
produce precise and acceptable product.
3D -CMM, fatigue testing, "Universal testing,
"Spectro-meter analysis further strengthen the
Company's analysis to bring out zero defect product.
Ultrasonic flow detecter, Hicro Hardness Tester,
Surface Roughness tester further add to quality the
product.
QUALITY MOTIVES / TEAM MOTIVATION:
Regular quality audits are carried out to take stock
of procedures adoption to inplant process,
up-gradation, rejection analysis.Suggestions from
shop supervisors, mangers are invited to improve
